Figurative art ist an exciting part and important part of art.
In history artists have created masterpieces of the human body, and are today. It is proven that millions of people have been, or are touched by the perfection- or imperfection of a body.
We all experience sensuality and sexuality and are moved by it. It is a great thing to be able to create art and see art, that we can identify with or simply enjoy!

I recently finished this commission in Acrylic on canvas. I took the photo's of this model myself. The model had also commissioned the painting and wanted it quite dark. I did find this a challenge as I would have liked to have gone a little lighter ...
