  I am pleased with your comments on my two pictures - thanks - just for interest my picture no. 030 jpg is a midday view from the same farm gate as the sunset one - and on my website is a GPS position if you want to find it on a map.The sailing picture has a description below on this wall.

  HI Jax,
  Thanks for the contact,invite and complimentary comment.Have quit a lot of new work nearly complete to post soon. As a past surfer now sailing I like living in Durban. My other interests keep me from painting more than I would like but that is life. I have already seen all your displayed work and website and think what you are doing is really great. Will accept you friend as soon as I can find it. I think us S.Africans should post more landscapes and maybe photos in the groups for all to see.

  Hi Lisa and Hratch, Thanks for viewing and comments on my Moonset picture - it was done from memory after a becalmed evening spent during a short voyage between Durban and Richards Bay in 2002 we opened beers and watched the Moon slide behind the African East coast.I will have another look at wetpaintgallery soon.
