About
Although I'm 47 years old, I am a young artist. My career began seven years ago with polymer clay sculpture. I still have clay in my bones, but I've moved on to watercolor and pastel.
Watercolor is my obsession. I love the drippiness, the happy accidents, the color mixing on the page. Conversely I love the precision with which it can be applied.
My subjects are primarily people and the sea, often together. I love landscapes with figures. I like paintings that suggest a story. To come out and tell the story is just a hair too much.
