  Hi Jeanne, I thank you for your encouragement on my dog Kimo, I believe that Sebastien is going to be happy to have this painting, because I made for him in memory of his dog which died the year past. As I am his godmother indeed he is going to have it for his birthday in May. I hope that you are well and that you had of beautiful festivity for the holidays.   Hi Jean. I normally use a warm coloured ground rarely white, and rabbit skin and whiting as my gesso, or if no time the ready made acrylic gesso. Hope that helps

  hi, Jean..
  Sorry I haven't been hear in a while... It's just been really busy hear at home & also had Tim home for 2 months as he fell off a ladder breaking both of his heal bones. Not being able to do much of any thing really, They are letting him go back to work this monday..
