I currently live an idyllic life with Tony and my Jack Russel at Pomene Lodge, Inhambane, Mozambique with its golden beaches and abundant marine life which makes it a pleasure to dive. The ocean and diving is part of my soul.


I'm originally from Johannesburg, and attended NSA (Die Kruin Art, Music and Ballet School). I studied BA Visual Arts, including Fine Art, Sculpting and Art History at UNISA. I worked as a graphic designer and illustrator at numerous advertising agencies and plan to finish my BA History of Arts before I'm 80.

I mostly concentrate on commissions, but has taken part in group exhibitions at galleries and festivals.


I have a passion for life, art, imagination and creation. Apart from attending art school, I was surrounded with art and music since birth. My father was a part time sculptor, brother is an artist and architect and my mother was a pianist. I love creating paintings and drawings based on emotion, but mostly I paint wherever my imagination takes me. I love playing with colour and technique, using acrylic, oils, pencil and pastel being my favorite mediums. Colour plays a major role in my life. I often uses contemporary ideas with a surrealistic twist.
